Abstract:Recently,t...

Recently, the new energy models of many car companies equipped with Flairmicro’s vehicle networking control unit (TCU) have passed the new national standard certification and obtained the vehicle compliance report in GB/T 32960.3-2016 "Technical Specification for Remote Service and Management System of Electric Vehicles".

In addition, our products have also passed the mandatory inspection report of vehicle terminals required in GB/T 32960.2-2016 "Technical Specifications for Remote Service and Management System for Electric Vehicles" in several laboratories under CARI (Shanghai, Chongqing and Tianjin).

This means that Flairmicro’s full range of V2X products have been recognized by the new national standard, have the ability to transmit vehicle data in accordance with national standards, and can be connected to the new energy vehicle supervision platform. This is of great significance to Flairmicro’s technological leadership in the field of V2X.

It is reported that this certification is mainly to monitor the operation status and vehicle status online, including electricity, mileage, battery status, motor status, fault warning and other information. Mileage information is an important means and basis for issuing subsidies, and the fault warning function is to better achieve safety supervision and ensure the first response when the vehicle breaks down and safety accidents.

The testing process is rigorous and extremely demanding, and the terminal direct connection certification and platform forwarding certification are required to be completed within 7 hours, which puts forward extremely high requirements for the products being tested and the professional staff who perform the test.

"Through the automated testing tools given by the national standard platform, we have successfully walked through each process with technical strength in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, and the terminal and platform certification processes were completed in 7 hours without unexpected time-consuming." Project members say proudly. (END)
