Flairmicro News | China's first! Flairmicro Microelectronics Helps BYD Enter the

On July 21, BYD Corporation Japan Branch (BYD JAPAN Co., Ltd.) held a brand launch event in Tokyo to announce its official entry into the Japanese passenger car market.

The first model to be launched are equipped with the e-Call/AECS system provided by Flairmicro Microelectronics.

After obtaining UN R144 terminal certification in 2019, Hui Han Microelectronics and Chongqing China Automotive Research Institute successfully completed the vehicle UN R144 audio test, becoming the first vehicle wireless communication terminal manufacturer in China to pass the vehicle UN R144 audio test. After a series of rigorous tests such as real vehicle collision, DV test and audio debugging, BYD's model equipped with Hui Han terminal successfully passed the e-Call test and obtained the UN R144 certification of the whole vehicle. Flairmicro became the first enterprise in China to support OEMs to complete the UN R144 certification of finished vehicles.

The strong alliance between Flairmicro Microelectronics and BYD in the field of e-Call once again confirms the leading position of Flairmicro Microelectronics in the international market. In the future, Flairmicro Microelectronics will work with the partners to actively promote the application of innovative products and help domestic car brands go international.
