Security and Vulnerabilities
Flaircomm’s Incident response team is responsible for receiving, processing and disclosing security vulnerabilities related to Flaircomm’s products and solutions, and is the only outlet for Flaircomm to disclose vulnerability information. Its responsibilities also include formulating the company's security incident management policy and treatment plan, analyzing the vulnerabilities and patches issued by system software providers and professional security vendors, responding to and handling security incidents announced by customers, security organizations or individuals. We will reply to the received security vulnerabilities at the first priority, under normal circumstances:
5 working days to receive an email reply confirmation;
Receive the vulnerability verification conclusion within 15 working days;
Inform you of the latest progress during the processing of the vulnerability.
